Abstract: The objective of this work is to elaborate a simulation proposal for the Business Games discipline based on the local reality, on the needs of the labor market that require versatile professionals with entrepreneurial skills, promoting an improvement in the teaching-learning process as a tool for training, engagement and qualification of future professionals. In this way, the work presents the “skeleton” of a business game which can be based on the local reality, that is, a game that fits the reality of the city of Dourados. A bibliographic research on business games was elaborated to demonstrate the importance of games, the advantages and disadvantages, among others. According to Gil (2022) bibliographical research is based on already published material. Traditionally, this type of research includes a wide variety of printed material, such as books, magazines, newspapers, theses, dissertations and annals of scientific events (GIL, 2022). According to the author, with the spread of new communication and information technologies, they began to include materials in other formats, such as disks, magnetic tapes, microfilms, CDs, and materials available on the internet. The companies specialize in the manufacture and sale of ice cream. The group was hired to manage the organization, so they must work in areas such as production, marketing, finance, people management, costs, finance, inventory, among others. These responsibilities will challenge the groups to manage the company in a competitive and engaging environment. The game was designed in a way to make students think about the best strategies to be used in all aspects. In this way, it is expected that students acquire some skills through the game, such as: strategic thinking, practical learning, interdisciplinarity, understanding of the business environment, decision making, leadership, management skills, analytical thinking, problem solving, planning, organization, time and stress management, creativity, ability to deal with pressure, make decisions about uncertainties, negotiation, risk management, creativity, among others. It is suggested that the game be put into practice, either in game programming in some programming language or in spreadsheets. The game may undergo some adaptation based on reality, which may include new rules, new suppliers, banking institutions, that is, any change for the benefit of learning. Therefore, it is considered that the objective of the work was concluded by elaborating a proposal for the simulation of a business game based on the local reality.

Título: Gestão de custos na agricultura familiar em Dourados - MS

Abstract: Recently, family-based agriculture has gained visibility in the national economy, standing out for its internal relevance, especially in relation to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). However, there is still little approach to cost management practices aimed at this audience. Due to this lack, we sought to observe the methods used by family farmers on their rural properties in the sample studied in the municipality of Dourados-MS. We summarize the objective as: Verifying what knowledge family farmers in Dourados-MS have about cost management to manage their rural activities. In the methodology, we carried out a data collection through the application of questionnaires to 45 family farmers in the municipality. Analysis of data from the questionnaires reveals that approximately 53.3% of respondents did not provide knowledge on the topic and are also unaware of its application in their daily practices. The data obtained also indicates that 64.4% make decisions based on their experience accumulated over the years and traditional knowledge passed down through generations. Furthermore, we consider that 46.7% of the sample frequently omit a thorough analysis of the costs inherent to production, establishing prices based on estimates.; Recientemente, la agricultura familiar ha ganado visibilidad en la economía nacional, destacándose por su relevancia interna, especialmente en relación al Producto Interno Bruto (PIB). Sin embargo, todavía hay poco acercamiento a las prácticas de gestión de costos dirigidas a este público. Debido a esta carencia, buscamos observar los métodos utilizados por los agricultores familiares en sus propiedades rurales en la muestra estudiada en el municipio de Dourados-MS. Resumimos el objetivo como: Verificar qué conocimientos tienen los agricultores familiares de Dourados-MS sobre la gestión de costos para gestionar sus actividades rurales. En la metodología realizamos una recolección de datos mediante la aplicación de cuestionarios a 45 agricultores familiares del municipio. El análisis de los datos de los cuestionarios revela que aproximadamente el 53,3% de los entrevistados no tienen conocimientos sobre el tema y tampoco son conscientes de su aplicación en sus prácticas cotidianas. Los datos obtenidos también indican que el 64,4% toma decisiones basándose en su experiencia acumulada a lo largo de los años y en los conocimientos tradicionales transmitidos de generación en generación. Además, consideramos que el 46,7% de la muestra omite frecuentemente un análisis exhaustivo de los costos inherentes a la producción, estableciendo precios con base en estimaciones.

Abstract: Female leadership has grown exponentially in recent years, more precisely in relation to management and leadership power. Previous studies highlight the inequality between female and male work, which is why most of the time, companies look for women to manage the role of manager leader, as they have satisfactory skills for an organization. This study addresses female leadership in the Saúde e Amor organization, a necessary topic given the participation of women in management and leadership positions. The study aimed to analyze the context of female leadership in the Saúde e Amor organization. It was used as an exploratory and qualitative methodology. According to the subject discussed, female leadership in a general context generates motivation for women to work in the leadership sector, or another position of responsibility. In the organization Saúde e Amor, challenges are faced by women, for example, dealing with this prejudice against women is only useful for working at home. Every day they fight for this prejudice to be reduced not only within the Saúde e Amor work environment, but throughout the world, to demonstrate that everyone has the right to be, whether man or woman, the capacity for development is equal, and everyone deserve a great opportunity in the job market.; El liderazgo femenino ha crecido exponencialmente en los últimos años, más precisamente en relación al poder de gestión y liderazgo. Estudios anteriores resaltan la desigualdad entre el trabajo femenino y masculino, por lo que la mayoría de las veces las empresas buscan mujeres para gestionar el rol de directivo líder, ya que cuentan con habilidades satisfactorias para una organización. Este estudio aborda el liderazgo femenino en la organización Salud y Amor, tema necesario dada la participación de mujeres en puestos directivos y de liderazgo. El estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar el contexto del liderazgo femenino en la organización Saúde e Amor. Se utilizó como metodología exploratoria y cualitativa. De acuerdo al tema tratado, el liderazgo femenino en un contexto general, genera motivación para que las mujeres trabajen en el sector de liderazgo, u otro puesto de responsabilidad. En la organización Salud y Amor, las mujeres enfrentan desafíos, por ejemplo, lidiar con los prejuicios contra las mujeres solo es útil para trabajar en casa. Cada día luchan para que este prejuicio se reduzca no sólo dentro del ámbito laboral de Salud y Amor, sino en todo el mundo, para demostrar que todo el mundo tiene derecho a serlo, sea hombre o mujer, la capacidad de desarrollo es igual, y todos merecen una gran oportunidad en el mercado laboral.

Abstract: This research aims to demonstrate digital marketing mechanisms and the promotion of campaigns by analyzing customer dissatisfaction. In this context, the study is justified given the need to demonstrate the results of digital marketing campaigns and their results, such as customer dissatisfaction. Furthermore, the choice of the topic for carrying out this research was due to the fact that it is a current issue, as the Internet is a market trend, which influences companies to be immersed in the digital world, in search of greater proximity to their customers. customers and understanding their desires. To this end, the exploratory and descriptive bibliographic methodology was used. The object of study is on the Internet, so the internet was used as a means of obtaining data for research focusing on social networks, especially Instagram and complaints sites such as Reclame Aqui, Proteste and other sites containing articles about the company. After analyzing the company's indexes, it was found that it is highly “not recommended” with a high level of dissatisfaction among its customers.; Esta investigación tiene como objetivo demostrar los mecanismos de marketing digital y promoción de campañas, analizando la insatisfacción de los clientes. Para ello, utilizaremos la percepción de una empresa de gafas que ganó prominencia en las redes sociales y sitios web de quejas después de lanzar una campaña y frustrar a sus clientes en la prestación de servicios. Ante este contexto, el estudio se justifica por la necesidad de demostrar los resultados de las campañas de marketing digital y sus efectos, como la insatisfacción de los clientes. Además, la elección del tema para realizar esta investigación se debió a que se trata de un tema de actualidad, ya que Internet es una tendencia del mercado que influye en que las empresas se sumerjan en el mundo digital, en busca de una mayor cercanía con sus clientes. .y comprender tus deseos. Para ello se utilizó la metodología bibliográfica exploratoria y descriptiva. El objeto de estudio se encuentra en Internet, por lo que se utilizó Internet como medio de obtención de datos para la investigación, centrándose en redes sociales destacadas, como Instagram, y sitios de denuncias, como Reclame Here, Proteste y otros. sitios web que contienen artículos sobre la empresa. Tras analizar los índices obtenidos de la empresa, resulta que es altamente "desaconsejada", con un alto nivel de insatisfacción entre sus clientes.
