Abstract: In this study, it constitutes an analysis of the study of place in school Geography, from the trajectories of northeastern migrant students in the state network of the municipality of Angélica/MS, considering their experiences and experiences, that is, we will analyze in this research the teaching of Geography , having as a starting point the discussion of place corroborating with the cultural context in the construction of the identity of students from the Northeast region, since these students belong to a culture, beliefs and memories different fromthose currently experienced. For the place is the geographic category that refers to the lived space, where close relationships are established. The work has an epistemological approach about the "place" in student education, highlighting teaching practices and the teaching and learning process, so that it can understand the problem of educational work, focusing on activemethodologies that stimulate student training and the social construction. And from the data analyzed in this research, we can consider the possibility of building geographic knowledge through the relationship between professor and student, Northeastern and non-Northeastern, as something relevant, taking into account their involvement during the classes, supporting the memories, stories , and trajectories.

Abstract: The importance of conservation of green areas is the main theme discussed in this research, having as object of analysis the only existing green area within the urban environment of Vicentina, municipality of Mato Grosso do Sul. Thus, the study sought to highlight its relationship with the growth and development of the city, through a historical analysis of the years 2017 and 2022. The final objective of the research was to propose a “Parque Natural Municipal” with the aim of preserving and protecting the native reserve area, concurrently promoting leisure activities and environmental education, contributing to an improvement in the quality of life of the population. The methodology used was based on exploratory research, interviews were conducted with the population and public agents of the municipality, In this process, stands out the “Avaliação de Pós-ocupação” (APO) and the construction of mental maps, field visits with photographic and aerial surveys and elaboration of layout of architectural boards. After analyzing and understanding the data, a projectual/purposeful study was developed, in which the area was chosen based on the need to preserve the native reserve, treating it as a “Unidade de conservação municipal” (UCM), connected to an ecological corridor, in order to promote animal and vegetation dispersion, and at the same time, revitalize the “Área de Preservação Permanente” (APP) of Córrego Jovino Lemes, present to the east of the native reserve area. The aim was to demonstrate the possibilities of urbanization linked to conservation principles and the protection of remaining green areas. Thus, the results presented thus constitute legitimate instruments for the implementation of municipal public policies that bring with them the trinomial: urban growth – environmental preservation and conservation – urban environmental quality.

Al inicio presenta la historia de este pueblo guerrero, el contacto con el pueblo no indígena, inserta una parte del período de participación en la guerra del Paraguay, época que marcó y marcó profundamente la historia de este pueblo, relacionado principalmente con sus poké'exa, y en el que la mayor parte de lo que se sabe hoy sobre los Terenoe se cuenta de ese período. Tiene como objetivo general hacer un breve análisis de las reconquistas realizadas por los Terena en esta tierra indígena, para hablar de la importancia de este proceso denominado reconquista, que se inició en 2013 con la reconquista de la “finca Esperança”. Específicamente, trae la ruta de la reanudación de los más jóvenes y cómo la gente de Terena la usa actualmente. En cuanto a la base teórica se utilizaron los conceptos de territorialización, desterritorialización, reterritorialización. Esta investigación hace una coyuntura entre el conocimiento científico y el conocimiento tradicional, respetando así nuestro conocimiento tradicional.

Abstract: This research aimed to analyze the sayings about gender and sexuality of Geography teachers from Mato Grosso do Sul teaching network seeking a methodological theoretical dialogue with feminist epistemologies, Sexualities and Queer Studies. For this, a bibliographic survey was carried out on the constitution of Geography as a science in modernity and the emergence of genders and sexualities in the contemporary debates of this science, as well as analyzes of public educational policies since the emergence of the transversal theme Sexual orientation in the National Curriculum Parameters (PCN – in Portuguese) up to the current version of the National Curricular Common Base (BNCC – in Portuguese). Semi-structured questionnaires were also applied with 15 teachers from the public network of the state of Mato Grosso do Sul and Indirect conversations were held with 4 of these education professionals. As a result, it is noticeable that there is an erasure of genders and sexualities in the production of Geography of modernity and that still appears nowadays. Public educational policies, recently, have been muted in terms of gender and sexuality, as a consequence, mainly, of the idea of an asexual school, where these themes become invisible and thorny, and also the advance of the conservatism in Brazil, driven by the “School without a party” and groups more conservative in the Legislature Power. The teachers participating in the research point to a lack in their training with regard to discussions about gender and sexuality, fundamentally, in the Geography course at the Federal University of Grande Dourados, as it is the training institution for most respondents. However, there is a predisposition of these teachers when dealing with gender and sexuality at school, especially the fight against homo/transphobias present in the school context, and in civil society in general. Finally, the teachers name that there is a possibility for the teaching of Geography to become an ally to the teaching-learning and combating prejudice, based on daily life and experiences of all students, including LGBTQIA+ people.
