Abstract: Introduction: Prematurity is a condition in which birth occurs before 37 weeks, which deprives the baby of essential and organizing experiences that would happen in utero. Advances in perinatal care, which have increased over the years, expose the newborn to health interventions that are fundamental in supporting life, however, associated with undesirable effects and often harmful to the physiological state. Objective: To understand the results of the practice of minimal handling as developmental care for the neonatal public in other studies and clinical experiences, in order to understand its implications, outcomes and contributions to health. Methodology: This is a residency completion work on the presentation of an integrative review with a descriptive approach and qualitative character, obtained from the SciELO and PUBMED databases, composing the final version of 21 articles. Results and Discussion: Excessive handling and interventions lead the NB to stress, neural and behavioral disorganization, causing developmental deficits. Stress has been associated with potentially lasting effects on brain organization, neuroendocrine responses and length of hospital stay, and may predispose premature infants to sleep disturbances due to frequent interruptions or noise, affecting neurosensory processing, learning and neural plasticity. To minimize stressors, categories of interventions in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit were created, called Developmental Care, through the control of external stimuli (vestibular, auditory, visual, tactile), grouping of activities and positioning or bandaging the premature baby from approximate mode to intrauterine. In addition, it is possible to assess the newborn's responses through the Individualized Developmental Care Program for Newborns (NIDCAP). For nursing, as an actor in care, it lacks handling in three axes: environmental management, relaxation techniques and therapeutic positioning. Strategies for reducing light and noise, decreasing the tone of conversations and device alarms, structured positioning with a preference for containment around the baby compared to standard positioning under a simple crib mattress, accompanied by training and professional evaluation, use of fabric over the incubators, monitoring of sleep by video-electroencephalography, neutral thermal environment, control of the relative humidity
of the air in the incubators, creation of protocols, among them, the one of minimum management with “sleeping time” contributes positively to the reduction of manipulation and factors preterm stressors. Massage and strict protocols are practices that contribute little to care and increase the length of stay. Final considerations: Minimal manipulation as part of Developmental Care contributes positively to prematurity, promoting better prognosis for the neonate.

Abstract: This is an exploratory qualitative research that objective, through an integrative review, to know and analyze the conceptions about death and dying for health professionals in the 7titude7en training in Residency Programs. The 7titude7 investigation is based on the assumption that death puts na end to life and constituten7titude7lute tru7titude7entesent and inseparable from the human condition, however it has still been denied and remains distant from the formative process. 7titudarch for scientific articles was carried out in the databases of CAPES and PePSIC-BVS, using the descriptors “death”, “residency”, “internship”, “perception”, “education” “7titudetude towards d”ath". Seven articles were selected, published from 2016 to 2022. Through the Content Analysis proposed by Bardin, the results presented in the articles were organized into three categories: conceptions about death and dying; feelings manifested in the contact with death and dying, and education for death. The results indicated a plurality of conceptions about death and dying. Residents pointed out feelings of fear, anguish, sadness, impotence and professional unpreparedness in the face of the reality of human finitude. It is hoped that this study will generate reflections, encourage community and academic debate and the execution of new scientific research on the subject.

Abstract: Residency is a period of physical and emotional exhaustion, which can compromise learning, as well as the residents' health and quality of life. The extensive weekly workload and sleep deprivation are predisposing factors to illness. This study aimed to describe the profile of residents who graduated from the Multiprofessional and Uniprofessional Residency Programs in Health at HU/UFGD in terms of health, lifestyle and nutrition. This is an observational, descriptive and quantitative study, with residents who joined between 2010 and 2020. An online questionnaire was used, consisting of questions related to illness, lifestyle habits and food consumption during residency. 90 graduates participated, most of them female, aged between 20 and 30 years, white self-declared race/color and nutritionist profession. It was found that the residence had a negative impact on health and eating habits, as well as contributing to changes in weight, increased consumption of alcohol and ultra-processed foods, decreased consumption of fruits and vegetables, and hindered the practice of physical exercises. The results show the need for policies that encourage the reduction of factors harmful to the health and quality of life of residents.

Abstract: A new virus emerged in late 2019 in Wuhan, China, causing a global pandemic. Called covid-19, this new pathology was soon associated with worse outcomes in older people. Severely affected elderly people require hospitalization. Identifying the nutritional strategies adopted during hospitalization makes it possible to determine which conduct is most effective in the recovery of these elderly people hospitalized with covid-19. Objective: To investigate in the scientific literature the nutritional practices applied to elderly people hospitalized with COVID19. Methodology: Integrative review of exploratory nature. Articles published in LILACS, IBECS, MEDLINE, SciELO, Cochrane Library, SCOPUS and EMBASE electronic databases were searched. Using Medical Subject Headings (MeSH): “covid-19” AND “nutrition” OR “nutrition therapy” AND “aged” AND “hospital”, the search resulted in 468 articles. Only articles in English,Portuguese and Spanish were considered for this review. After applied the eligibility criteria, 7 articles were selected. The period for the search for studies corresponded to the second half of November and the first week of December 2022. Results: The 7 articles were published between 2020 and 2022, 5 articles address screening and nutritional assessment, 1 addresses vitamin D supplementation and 1 article adresses the impact of covid-19 on the prescription of enteral nutrition. Final Considerations: This Integrative Review showed that nutritional management has significant relevance in the control and recovery of covid-19. However, studies on nutritional practices aimed exclusively at the geriatric population are still scarce.
