Título: O risco à inundação na área urbana de Dourados e suas implicações socioambientais Autor(es): Silva, Anderson Aparecido Santos da Primeiro Orientador: Silva, Charlei Charlei Aparecido da Abstract: Cuencas hidrográficas, cuencas urbanas, medio ambiente, formas de uso y ocupación del relieve y suelo urbano, desigualdad social, proceso histórico de urbanización, creación de la ciudad de Dourados y red de drenaje, fueron los temas tratados en este trabajo. Con la intención de comprender la ocurrencia/riesgo de inundaciones en el municipio de Dourados – Mato Grosso do Sul, se destacaron las formas de apropiación de la naturaleza y el medio ambiente adoptadas a lo largo del proceso de creación y crecimiento de la ciudad. Siguiendo la metodología científica, inicialmente se realizó un levantamiento bibliográfico sobre los temas tratados y presentados a lo largo de este trabajo, luego se realizó la espacialización y mapeo de los aspectos ambientales y urbanos de Dourados, tales como: Hipsometría, pendiente, disección horizontal y vertical del relieve, energía potencial erosiva del relieve, uso y cobertura del suelo. Con toda esta información recopilada y organizada, se elaboró el mapa de riesgo de inundaciones, con el objetivo de identificar las posibles consecuencias ambientales provocadas por la dinámica de uso y ocupación del suelo urbano en Dourados. Luego de producir los materiales cartográficos, se realizó un trabajo de campo en el área urbana, con el objetivo de validar la información ambiental previamente recopilada así como la búsqueda de una mejor comprensión de la dinámica de apropiación y uso del suelo en el entorno urbano. Después de realizar estos procedimientos, además de identificar las posibles consecuencias ambientales perpetradas en el área de investigación, este trabajo también analiza y resalta las causas, factores y circunstancias que llevaron a la ciudad de Dourados y sus agentes creativos a adoptar el actual modelo de urbanización presente en el municipio, en lugar de otro, dejando claro que Dourados, como otras ciudades de Brasil y del mundo, participó en un proceso en el que el ideal de urbanización, de avance civilizatorio, científico y humano, siguió un modelo muy específico, que es una de las principales causas de los problemas ambientales demostrados a lo largo de esta investigación. Título: O Mercado de roupas de segunda-mão em Dourados-MS: um olhar geográfico sobre os brechós Autor(es): Cardoso, Iara Pereira Primeiro Orientador: Silva, Luciano Pereira Duarte Abstract: This work has as main object of research the spatialization of thrift stores in Dourados-MS. In short, they are used clothing sales establishments, which since their inception have been rooted in fashion production chains, in the world, and in Brazil, so that we seek to look beyond the imaginary of appearances and find in this sector other perspectives that structure the market in Dourados-MS. As a general objective of the work, we seek to understand the relationships between fashion, commerce, industrialization and society, conducting a survey on the dynamics of the second-hand clothing market in Dourados-MS, through the spheres of spatialization and consumer profile. In the search for explanations to understand the relationships (and contradictions) that surround the used clothing market, we found in the theory of (two) circuits of the urban economy proposed by the Brazilian geographer Milton Santos, a theoretical framework that supported the categorization of the material reality of thrift stores in DouradosMS. Santos' theory (2008 [1979]) analyzes the dynamics of cities considering the interaction between the so-called economic circuits, upper and lower. The research allowed the construction of a spatialization of thrift stores in Dourados. From the data collected between 1980 and May 2022, 89 enterprises aimed at the second-hand market in Dourados-MS were identified, among which 44 were active until May 2022. In the two consumer profile surveys it is possible to find many similarities : the majority are young women, aged between 20-25, with access to higher education. Still, it was found to be a qualified public that favors their choices based on the cost-benefit ratio, but also on issues that touch on sustainable consumption. We seek to give visibility to an activity of the lower circuit that has grown on the basis of the discourse of conscious consumption and reuse, but which in the Temer and Bolsonaro governments is related to the impoverishment of the Brazilian population. The overlapping of the urban way of life and the dynamics of nature accentuated the processes of runoff, overflow of rivers and streams, thus reaching different locations in the city. Areas with vulnerable populations can, over time and recurrence, become risky areas. The present work analyzed the spatiality of Civil Defense assistance related to climatic events in the city of Dourados -MS. The time frame of this study was the seasonal period ofspring and summer, from 2015 to 2018/2019. The research had a descriptive character, used quantitative data referring to Civil Defense occurrences and precipitation data. The bibliographical survey sought works that dealtwith the categories of analysis: risk, vulnerabilities and disasters. The research contributed mainly to the understanding of the spatiality of the occurrences attended by the Civil Defense of Dourados in the time frame of the rainy periods, as well as, the spatiality of the occurrences isnot always associated with the same locations. The study assists the Civil Defense of Douradosbased on geospatial information that more accurately identifies the areas with the highest recurrence of occurrences related to climatic events. The history has not come to an end and the capital sociometablic system couldn't, as the apologists put it, overcome it's own intrinsic limitation, its internal contraditions and estabilish a healthy and stable process of accumulation and reproduction, withot interruptions, that would drive humanity to a level of generalized abundance, in sum, the charm of "permanent and universal capital" is overed. Shows up on the agenda, so, a systematic study about the capital's crisis nature at this historical moment. This monograph aims to accomplish an initial study of the work of István Mészáros, Beyond the Capital. By the book's magnitude we had to circumscribe our study on the first and third parts of the book, which are respectively the developments of the uncontrollability thesis of the capital and it's structural crisis. The originality in Meszaros' study is that in one hand he recapture the fundamental determinations of capital rearticulating the marxian discussion and bringing the light to the question that is already in marx os the capital uncontrollability and then on the structural crisis of the sociometabolic capital system, which sets its absolute limits. In this context the crisis shows up in Meszaros like a continuos depression process. Our research consists in investigate how Meszaros retake the thesis of uncontrollability and the structural crisis of capital.
