Abstract: The current crisis has shown what the various Marxist theorist already knew. The history has not come to an end and the capital sociometablic system couldn't, as the apologists put it, overcome it's own intrinsic limitation, its internal contraditions and estabilish a healthy and stable process of accumulation and reproduction, withot interruptions, that would drive humanity to a level of generalized abundance, in sum, the charm of "permanent and universal capital" is overed. Shows up on the agenda, so, a systematic study about the capital's crisis nature at this historical moment. This monograph aims to accomplish an initial study of the work of István Mészáros, Beyond the Capital. By the book's magnitude we had to circumscribe our study on the first and third parts of the book, which are respectively the developments of the uncontrollability thesis of the capital and it's structural crisis. The originality in Meszaros' study is that in one hand he recapture the fundamental determinations of capital rearticulating the marxian discussion and bringing the light to the question that is already in marx os the capital uncontrollability and then on the structural crisis of the sociometabolic capital system, which sets its absolute limits. In this context the crisis shows up in Meszaros like a continuos depression process. Our research consists in investigate how Meszaros retake the thesis of uncontrollability and the structural crisis of capital.

Abstract: The perspective of social revolution, of surpassing all the inhumanity that has been instilled in this society and which is daily deepened, has long been lost. If Marxism is a theory of apprehension of the movement of the real that has its purpose the transformation of this mode of production by another, by a transformation of the organization of labor, it is only by the objective relation that the proletarian class has to the process of labor. In this sense, and throughout a process that occurred during the twentieth century of this centrality of work, as a consequence of this departure from not finding an emancipatory way out, we refer to this study, seek primarily in the rich conception of Marx, about whatessentially means work. If it is he who makes it possible to arise the social being and at the same time to humanize it, we will try to understand this relation. So that we can understand how alienation happens, how it is linked to work, but how it spreads throughtout all social relations beyond the productive processes. This alienation in the social being will be very poorly understood by theorists over time, putting a character – erroneously – essential of the man to such dehumanization.
