Abstract: This master's dissertation aims to verify the issues that permeate the notions of health from the indigenous leaders and how they act in front of the communities of the Kadwéu ethnic group, referring to the process and development of indigenous health in the territory. This study will follow a methodology of Case Study, Reverse Ethnography, Engaged Research and Bibliographic Review. Therefore, the survey of theses, theoretical concepts, readings on the subject will be developed and later it shows an ethnography carried out through interviews in two different moments, the initial one that follows a descriptive character carried out in the year 2019 and the second in the year 2022, using Oral History techniques. The interviews with indigenous leaders focused on the process of choosing this important representation of the Indigenous Health District of Mato Grosso do Sul. We hope, therefore, to collaborate for the construction of knowledge about how indigenous leaders are currently occupying positions in government agencies that have actions in indigenous communities. Thus, the justification is given through the experiences of the Kadwéu Indigenous People, of which I am a member and in face of the proposals of assistance to the members of this ethnic community. Therefore, this study brings as an inference the central idea of demystifying and understanding the fight for indigenous health, since for a long time the members of the community only knew the medicine of their people as something connected to nature.

Abstract: The history of Brazilian indigenous education is associated with colonization, as the Portuguese e Spanish, upon encountering the natives, subjected them to catechism and assimilation into a new culture, modeled after Europe. This period was marked by violence and exploitation of indigenous peoples. It was only in 1988 that indigenous Brazilians were effectively protected by the State and had their rights guaranteed, including the right to school education. This bilingual, intercultural, and differentiated teaching granted autonomy to administrators and teachers to develop their own learning processes, elaborate specific curricula and pedagogical projects, thus considering all their specificities. Knowing that indigenous school education should be intercultural, we investigated, through a Quali-qualitative ethnographic approach, the understanding of graduates and teachers from Guateka school regarding the term interculturality. The results pointed to the need for interculturality to be better explored, especially by teachers, due to their superficial understanding of its concept and applicability.

When we talk about an inheritance, we almost always associate the idea with material goods, a family member or friend who dies and leaves their material goods for whoever wants it, rarely is the inheritance immaterial, as in this case. Bartolina Sisa Vargas (1753- 1782), warrior and commander, Indigenous woman, Aymara, Bolivian, symbol of resistance against the arrogant, patriarchal and criminal Spanish colony, was a woman who grew up in a family of her own initiative, they were merchants, from a very young age she learned to be independent and economically sovereign, due to her activity the injustices she suffered from the barbaric European invaders were, the extortions and appropriations of her merchandise, she bought coca from the Yungas and sold it in different cities such as Potosí, Oruro, La Paz, etc., and other products. The geographical movement forced by trade made her see, know and be aware of the reality, of the suffering of her people at the hands of the savage colonizer, children, women, men and the elderly exploited to death, treated so cruelly that she could not stand, That reality made her understand the fundamental role of women in the fight against European colonizers and invaders, since "women were not only commanders, generals and soldiers, but also creators of ideology both with their actions and discursively." (ARI, 2016, p. 2). That is why in 1781 together with her husband Tupac Katari, who was also a merchant and traveled a lot, as aware as she was of the irrational injustices suffered by his people, they started the rebellion, a revolution that first surrounded the city of La Paz, appealing subjectivity and ancestral reason that had been harshly attacked by the bestial invasion, returning to ancient practices such as parity, complementarity, reciprocity, alternation, balance, harmony, depatriarchalization, with a critical and mythical reason they showed us in practice the struggle for the decolonization and freedom of our peoples. In this research we will analyze that heritage of our grandmother Bartolina Sisa, the egalitarian and fundamental role of women in cosmology, ancient of our original nations, as opposed to the cruel and tyrannical invading vision where European women were worthless, worse
originating woman, making use of oral history with a qualitative approach and hermeneutics, to interpret, reveal and make visible the context of its meanings, influence and achievements in current social movements in Bolivia. To find out how much of the heritage we have left today, we made a seven- question questionnaire. The results of the research aim to strengthen SISA-KATARI thought, recognizing the value and courage of the Aymara woman, when she assumes her identity with a strong self-esteem, it is capable of commanding his own life, that of his family, even of armies that not only face each other, but can also defeat enemies as cruel and cowardly as Bartolina Sisa did with the Spanish invaders, when he commanded more than eighty thousand soldiers Aymaras, without training in war schools like the invaders, who had to flee the battlefield, before the tactics and strategy of the Aymara army under the command of Bartolina Sisa. The SISA-KATARI revolution was the inspiration for many others, including European ones.
