Abstract

This paper will present the need to relate biomedicine to the law, showing that in order to have a better quality of life for all individuals, both should go together. In order to guarantee to citizens that regardless of their characteristic, physical, psychological or genetic, they must be respected in their entirety. We will see how the protection of the biosafety right is very important for the maintenance of the patient's physical and psychological health. However, since all bonuses have their burden, therefore, there must be a lot of caution in the realizations and availability of the genetic data collected in the tests, since it can lead to the individual, from unemployment due to his employer's prejudice, as psychological disorders generated by fear of the development of possible disease. This generates the need for state involvement to create laws that limit biomedical practices, without undermining their beneficial advancement to ensure the protection of the individual.
