Sistemas de assentamento: uma abordagem para o estudo da cultura material e grupos étnicos

Abstract

To understand the interaction process of man in the environment, there were certain key elements used to further understand this process such as archeological, historical, geographical, biological and ethnographical. The study of settlement systems helps analyze a group of environmental variables such as technological and symbolical groups that influence the occupation of a determined space. This is called scenery of archaeology in which this study plans to establish the interdisciplinary analysis that favors the reflection about the process of occupation having its central element in archaeological sites located in the north western region of Paraná to be more specific, the groups that bear the technological traditions of the Tupiguarani Indians.
