Dinâmicas de poder do crédito no campo

Abstract

This paper aims to contribute to deepen on the analysis about the dynamics of credit‟s power in field, thinking this theme from the credit‟s policies and the relations of the rural credit system with sympathetical interaction of CRESOL, a rural credit system with solidary interaction. To question the study of the theme, four themes are proposed, which are: The State, credit, territory and a fourth category that is in relation to the other three, the power. This study‟s proposal from a set of analytical categories follows three methodological ways: the dialectic, because it‟s about temporary space‟s dynamics apparently disconnected; the totality of the power„s territorial question of the access/restriction of the credit/financing; and the integrative analysis of the space. Although they are categories presented separately, cannot be understood individually. Both the credit‟s policy and the cooperative organization of CRESOL show particularities to think them from the relations of credit‟s power in the countryside. These relations of power vary in multiple dimensions of space-time and ought to indicate for the understanding of how the local and the global are intrinsic in the credit‟s relations with territory/power.
