Abstract

This research has the objetctive of analyze and discuss the impacts and forms of execution of socio-educational measures in open environment in the format of Assisted Liberty (LA) and Provision of Community Service (PSC) by the Social Assistance Policy and the violations of rights suffered by the Guarani and Kaiowá indigenous that receive the intervention of the State. In this context, I coud to explore the many factors that affect the impact of the measures, how they are reflected on young people and the regress into family and community life. With the ampleness of the theme, there are aspects that deserve to be highlighted, how the issues related to return after compliance with the measures, as well as the prejudgment of the community, to describe the accompaniment in Assisted Liberty after release from the internment Unit. It should be noted that these young people have experienced since childhood violations of rights resulting from the absence/insufficiency of income, lack of access to public policies and the consequences of the demographic growth of the reserves created at the beginning of the twentieth century. Therefore, the social conditions of this population and the risk they are subjected to, in their daily lives admit an understanding of reality that denies their existence as citizens, in which elementary rights are denied and structural violence is internalized in their ways of life. I entered the universe of Anthropology, and used documentary research as a field and empiricism as one of the methodologies of this research.
