Migrações contemporâneas: a integração social dos(as) haitianos(as) no estado de Mato Grosso do Sul sob a ótica da Nova Lei da Migração e seu viés humanitário

Abstract

The general objective is to verify the integration of Haitians in the federation state of Mato Grosso do Sul, analysing documentary aspects; the portuguese language, the validation of a school formation; to work, education, health service and social security. The specific objectives are: a) to study contemporary migrations, the human right to migrate and the Haitian migratory dynamics; b) relate social rights and Brazilian law protection; c) verify the integration of Haitians in the federation state of Mato Grosso do Sul. The methodological approah is technical, hypothetical dedutive, qualitative, documentary, and the problem investigated is the integration of international migrants (Haitians) in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul. The research is elaborated in a time span between the years 2010 to 2019, focusing on the following cities in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul: Campo Grande, Corumbá, Dourados, Itaquiraí, Mundo Novo, Nova Andradina, São Gabriel do Oeste and Três Lagoas. The evidence objetcts will be the labor of Haitians against employers in three of these municipalities, draught the role of the Federal Public Ministry as legislative costs in the compilation and result of the respective labor claims.
