Abstract: This dissertation proposes to do an ethnography of relationship established between the indigenous school Mbo‟ero Arandu‟i localized in the Jarara village, Juti‟s municipality. The indigenous local community is composed for extensive Kaiowa and Guarani families and the public authorities involved in the school programs end practices. The network concept approached here is inspired in the reflections made by Bruno Latour about Theory–Actor–Network of which the Anthropology has been appropriating recently. In that sense the work show the results of search developed with the indigenous community of the said village with the education professional of the Juti County, having as purpose understand the social subjects perspective involved in the political relations network and the school practices developed around of the Mbo‟ero Arandu‟i school. Like this, the search talk about the creation of that school inside of the limits of the indigenous land situating the transformation that the community has been passing over the time, due to internal factors to community, such as political recomposition of the relatives and external, as the links built between the indigenous school the municipal secretary of education and others instances of the provider of municipal, state and federal service. It‟s up to highlight the effort is to show that the idea of internal processes and external processes are interlaced and connect in the relations web that connect actors that around between the village, the city of Juti and a broad range of the State institutions and civil society. So research looks for demonstrate how the school is connected to a broad and complex network of state institutions and social actors, placing it as the main “space of power”, as center to revolve around the politics life of the community.
